As a 20 Year + Real Estate Agent, no one is more passionate and savvy about his corner of the market than Corey Wyatt.
His deep-rooted knowledge and unwavering commitment to excellence have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the real estate community.
Corey Wyatt of Compass is highly regarded in Loma Portal and the Point Loma areas, and elsewhere in San Diego. Corey did such a good job of selling the house my wife and I owned in Loma Portal that we asked him to come back and represent us when we decided to sell. Corey is thorough, knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, and helpful. We needed a number of services to get the house ready to take to market. Corey had a stable of trades people to call on who were skilled and reasonably priced. He sequenced the marketing roll out skillfully, and we had a full-price offer, all cash, 14 day close within a week. Recommend and happy to serve as a reference.

My girlfriend and I met Corey looking at a property he was showing and was very likable and knowledgeable. We took him on as our agent and spent the next three months looking at houses almost finishing deals on two prior homes before finding one. Throughout the process, Corey was helpful and never pushy and brought that calm attitude into negotiations. We are very thankful for all the work that Corey put in for us and would recommend him and his knowledge of the area to anyone.

Amazing! I was so stressed and thought that buying my first place would be overbearing but Corey made it so easy! He was very patient with my millions of questions and he took the time to check in with me to make sure that I understood the whole process He really has his whole real estate thing down to a science. His “coastal” approach is very helpful. Hands down, I would go with Corey any day for all of my real estate matters. Corey, you truly are a pro. Corey is very effective at what he does. When we first met him, he took the time to slow us down and get us to really evaluate what we were looking for. He also raised some great points on how to make us stronger buyers in this seller’s market. I feel that we not have been able to buy our house if it were not for Corey. And the best part about it was we found a new friend in meeting him.

Corey was instrumental in navigating the twists and turns that we had during the sale of our family home. His attention to detail in preparing our home for the market was a tremendous relief. We were feeling a little overwhelmed with the daunting task of having to move. We had raised our 4 children in the house and it was full. Corey made some easy and effective recommendations on how to thin out the clutter. I feel, that really went a long way in how the house showed to buyers. I almost didn’t want to move, lol. I would recommend Corey to any of our friends and family and you should too.

Corey is by far one of the best agents I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He has a great relaxed demeanor but is more than willing to get his hands dirty to help a client out. He knows how to spot hard-to-recognize issues and makes you feel comfortable with making that big decision to buy. I know if we decide to move in the future Corey will be our guy!

Over the past year, I started to think critically about purchasing a home. As a first-time homebuyer, I wasn't sure where to start, but a friend at work spoke highly of his experience working with his real estate agent, Corey, and put us in touch. From our first meeting, it was clear that Corey wanted me to find a home I am completely happy with. He made sure I got a sense of the various neighborhoods by taking me to different places in North Park, Bay Park, and Mission Hills that had the characteristics most important to me. I really appreciated the insight he provided during each visit, often pointing out things both good and problematic that I should consider. When we saw a townhouse that seemed perfect right before its open house, he took the initiative to contact the selling agent to get a sense of the sellers' circumstances. It enabled us to present an offer tailored to accommodate their situation and it was accepted quickly. Escrow ended up being longer than normal though and I appreciate how Corey checked in with me periodically to address any questions and/or concerns I had. As such, my home purchase process was incredibly smooth from beginning to end and it was all due to the insight and guidance Corey provided throughout. While I expect to be in this home for a long time, I know that my first call will be to Corey if or when I decide to make a move. In the meantime, I will definitely be referring him to all my friends in San Diego who are considering home ownership.

For my wife and I, Buying our first home was scary. Our lack of experience made us believe that this was an unattainable goal here in SD, especially when realtors would look us up and down and tell us "Everyone wants a Mercedes, but all you can get is a Honda" (yes, that's really what one realtor said at an open house). We met Corey at a random open house and he offered himself to help us find out what we can do. Corey helped us buy our first home with ease and came in with a strong strategy to sell our first home and get into another fresh home at an unreal deal. Super chill guy with a non-pushy, non-sleazy vibe. He held our hands through all the processes of the buys and the sell. He explained everything to us like we were 5 years old (in the best way possible) and made us feel like pros in the end. I want to get this guy all the business I can direct his way. We love this guy.

Bay Park sits on the mesa east of Mission Bay — a post-WWII neighborhood of ranch homes, canyon trails, and some of the best bay views in the city. From the view homes of the western mesa to the walkable village core along Morena Boulevard and the trailheads of Tecolote Canyon, it's a family-friendly pocket with top-rated schools, the country's largest aquatic park as its backyard, and downtown just seven miles south.

World-class beaches, top-rated schools, and the Cove's sea lions — the address the rest of San Diego measures itself against.

From the Fort Stockton historic district to the mid-century moderns on the canyon rims and the walkable village at Washington and Goldfinch, it's one of the city's most established — and most coveted — addresses, minutes from downtown.

From the bay-view streets of West Clairemont to the family-friendly Mount streets around Holmes Elementary in 92111, it offers canyon trails, top schools, and central-location value minutes from downtown.

Celebrated for its creative energy, from the Ray Street Arts District to the Thursday farmers market, and a strong sense of community, it pairs historic character with excellent schools and Balboa Park green space — urban convenience with real neighborhood charm.
Read MoreOcean Beach — OB to the locals — is San Diego's free-spirited beach town: surf shacks and 1920s cottages, Newport Avenue's vintage shops and craft-beer bars, the weekly farmers' market, and sunset gatherings at Sunset Cliffs. From South OB's quiet residential streets to the bay-view homes of the Hills OB and the bluff-top estates of Sunset Cliffs, ZIP code 92107 packs a lot of personality into one laid-back, fiercely local community.
Read MorePoint Loma is San Diego's peninsula of micro-neighborhoods, set between the Pacific and the bay: La Playa's waterfront estates with private docks, the Wooded Area's tree-canopied estates, Fleetridge's view-protected mid-century homes, Loma Portal's 1920s Spanish architecture, and Roseville's historic bungalows near Shelter Island's marinas. Maritime history, harbor views, and quiet streets — minutes from downtown, a world of its own.
