My wife and I met Corey at an open house he was representing while we were casually looking to purchase a home in San Diego. Coming from LA and not knowing the San Diego market, we were glad we had Corey as our agent as he had good insight on a wide variety of neighborhoods.

Since we didn't really have an area picked out, Corey was very patient in showing us places from Carmel Valley, to Bay Park, Pacific Beach, and Point Loma where we eventually purchased our home. Not only did Corey provide us with good information on the various areas we dragged him to; he was also great at pointing out potential deficiencies of a house that may cost us money in the long-run and reasons a place could sell for more or less if/when we decide to sell. He also had a good eye and imagination for how we could renovate and improve the houses we looked at.

Over the entire process, Corey never tried to rush us or try to sell us on a place we weren't 100% on, and was great in helping us find a place within our budget and needs. While we were in escrow, Corey was thorough in reviewing the seller's disclosures and even contacting prior contractors to verify repairs done to the house and determine if they were any future causes of concern. He also went back to the property to check on a few things without us asking him.

Corey went FAR beyond the job for me, when I could not be at the property to view it (first time!) he went to the property and FaceTimed me for an hour room by room! I offered sight-unseen and happily my offer was accepted and I closed escrow in LESS than 30 days!
